Terms of Service

The terms for using this website and applying to work with Kevin.

Effective and last updated: October 25, 2026

Website terms, in plain English

This site explains our services and lets you apply to work with Kevin. An application is a conversation starter. Paid work begins only under a separate agreement.

1. Who these terms are for

These Terms of Service govern use of this website and application form operated by KEVIN TENG INC. in Ontario, Canada. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to that company. Please read these terms before submitting an application. The form asks you to accept them; if you do not agree, do not submit through the form and contact hello@kevinteng.ai with any questions.

The site is intended for people aged 18 or older making business enquiries. If you act for an organization, only provide information you are authorized to share. Nothing here removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

2. Applications and engagements

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, a response within a particular period, a booked meeting, or available capacity. It does not start a paid service, charge a payment method, or create an employment relationship.

Before paid work begins, a separate written agreement will define the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and currency, taxes, software or usage charges, payment schedule, intellectual property, confidentiality, data handling, termination, and any cancellation or refund terms. We do not sell subscriptions or take payments through this website. A website example or starting price is not a binding quote.

“Fractional Chief AI Officer” describes a consulting service. It does not appoint Kevin as a statutory officer, employee, director, or agent of your company or authorize him to bind it. Any authority and responsibilities must be agreed separately.

3. Information and expected results

Website content and workflow illustrations explain possible services. They are not a promise of particular savings, revenue, performance, or business results. Outcomes depend on your systems, data, team, third-party tools, and the scope agreed for the project.

AI systems can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. Appropriate human review, testing, and permissions are needed before using outputs or automations in a business. Website content is general information, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

4. Appropriate use and your submissions

Use the site lawfully. Do not send spam, impersonate someone, submit malicious code, interfere with availability or security, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict misuse to protect the site and its users.

You retain your rights in what you submit. You give us permission to receive, review, and respond to it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential client records, credentials, or sensitive personal information. An application does not create a non-disclosure agreement; arrange confidentiality terms before sharing proprietary material.

5. Website content and external services

Website text, branding, images, and other materials are owned by us or used with permission, subject to third-party rights. You may view the site, share links, and keep a reasonable copy for internal evaluation of our services. Other commercial reproduction or use of our branding requires permission. Rights in client deliverables are governed by the separate project agreement.

Links to other websites do not mean we control those sites. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. We may update or temporarily suspend this site for maintenance or other operational reasons.

6. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but the website is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give additional warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or suitability for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website, such as lost business opportunities. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or override mandatory consumer protections. Liability for paid services is addressed in the relevant written agreement.

7. Governing law and questions

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory law that protects you where you live. Please first raise a concern at hello@kevinteng.ai so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms requires arbitration, waives class-action rights, or prevents a complaint to a regulator or a court with jurisdiction.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Updated terms will appear here with a new effective date and apply prospectively; they do not silently change an existing signed client agreement.
