We use your application to understand your business and decide whether we can help. It goes to Kevin by email. Applying does not sign you up for a newsletter, reserve a call, or commit you to a purchase.
1. Who is responsible
KEVIN TENG INC., based in Ontario, Canada, operates kevinteng.ai and its application form, including the kevin-teng-ai.vercel.app address. This policy covers website visits, applications, and related correspondence. Client projects may have additional privacy and confidentiality terms in a separate agreement.
Kevin Teng is the contact responsible for privacy enquiries. For access, corrections, deletion requests, consent withdrawal, or a concern about our practices, email hello@kevinteng.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject.
2. What we collect
- Application details: your name, work email, company website, project timing, business needs, budget readiness, decision-making role, and optional call availability or time zone.
- Consent and correspondence: your submission consent, the versions of the policies presented, the submission time reported by your browser, and messages you exchange with us.
- Technical information: our hosting and form-delivery providers process information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps, and security or delivery logs to operate their services.
We collect application information directly from you. We may also review the public company website you provide to understand your business. Please share a high-level description only: do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information, or personal information about your customers or employees.
The form's required fields help us assess and respond to an enquiry. Call availability is optional. You can instead contact us by email if you prefer not to use the form.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to assess your request, respond, discuss a possible engagement, arrange a conversation where appropriate, maintain the related correspondence and consent record, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Kevin reviews applications; the website does not use an automated eligibility or credit decision system.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We do not add applicants to marketing lists or use their application answers to train AI models. If we want to use information for a materially different purpose, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required.
4. Who processes the information
- Vercel hosts the site and handles delivery, infrastructure, and security-related request information. See Vercel’s privacy information.
- FormSubmit receives the answers when you submit, processes technical delivery information, and emails the application to us. Its documentation states that form submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. See its privacy terms and submission documentation.
- Google’s email services receive and store application emails and related replies in our mailbox. See Google’s privacy information.
Within our business, information is for people who need it to handle your enquiry or related obligations. We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers or authorities when necessary to obtain advice, comply with law, or protect legal rights. We do not authorize these disclosures for unrelated advertising.
These providers may process or store information outside Ontario or Canada, including in the United States and other locations where they operate. Information processed abroad may be subject to local laws and lawful access by public authorities. Contact us if you need more information before submitting.
5. How long information is kept
We keep enquiry information while reviewing and responding to the application and while a related business discussion remains active. After that, retention depends on whether we need the record for an agreed engagement, an access request, a legal obligation, or an actual or reasonably anticipated dispute. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted or anonymized.
FormSubmit’s 30-day archive period is separate from our mailbox: it does not automatically delete emails already delivered to us. Email copies remain until removed from the mailbox and, where applicable, provider recovery or backup systems. You can request deletion at hello@kevinteng.ai; we will explain any information we need to retain and why.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed, request a copy or correction, request deletion, or withdraw consent to further enquiry follow-up. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue assessing or responding to the application; it does not undo processing already completed lawfully.
Email hello@kevinteng.ai. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority, but please do not send identity documents unless we have agreed on a secure and necessary verification method. We respond within the time required by applicable law; PIPEDA access requests generally require a response within 30 calendar days, subject to permitted extensions and exceptions.
Depending on your location and the law that applies to our business, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, object to or restrict certain processing, or appeal a refused request. To appeal, reply with “Privacy appeal” and your reasons. We will explain our decision and any applicable complaint options. We will not penalize you for exercising a privacy right.
You can raise concerns with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another privacy regulator with jurisdiction, including the relevant authority in your US state.
8. Security and children
The site and form submission use HTTPS. No internet transmission or storage service is completely secure, so please keep sensitive business records out of the application. Contact us promptly if you believe information submitted here has been exposed or misused.
These services are intended for adult business representatives, not children. We do not knowingly request information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We will publish changes on this page and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice and seek fresh consent where required. A new policy does not by itself authorize a new use of previously collected information.
